Is not the glass half full?

Amidst all this brouhaha over the meteoric rise in the number of seats secured by Aam Admi Party (purposefully mentioning it as the rise in seats as of now) in the assembly elections in Delhi, there have been the discussions and debates of all sorts. But mind you, not everything out there is so negative and hopeless of sorts.
Supposing, not proposing, that Bharatiya Janta Party had won the majority number of seats in this assembly elections, there would have died many budding careers of innumerable wannbe politicians. Amongst them many Modis and Kejriwals would have lost their identities before even earning them themselves, or before even realising that they could live their long cherished dreams in this biggest democracy of the world. Now you will ask 'How'? The answer being that had the BJP won these elcetions,
-same old faces would have joined the governments to become the ministers.
-Same old people would have got re-elected in the next elections, as there would have been no possibility of denying a ticket to a winning candidate or a sitting minister or an old party stalwart, a they call it.
-New enthusiasts would never have dared to dream of getting into politics, as here in India Politics symbolises electoral politics, and without being an elected/nominated representative nobody is going to accept you for a politician.
-All democratic processes that gave us the likes of Modis and Kejriwals would have stopped even before starting.
-And the vicious circle would probably have never ended...
On a parallel plain, if Aam Admi Party had lost with such a huge margin,
-democracy would have lost one major chance to show its juggernaut.
-No small party would probably try and dare an established national party in such a prestigious war of votes.
-No educated, talented and motivated youth and/or professional would try their hands at politics in near future.
-No unintrested and inexperienced-cum-amateur elderly person would ever come out on streets to support a mass movement without any vested interest, whasoever.
-No believer in 'I can' would pobably muster any courage to swith career while he/she was on top of his/her forced career and not the one he always dreamt of pursuing.
-No youngster would probably volunteer for a mass-movement or a political dharna/procession where he/she is not to get any stipend/honourarium or a certificate that he can use to enhance the weight of his/her CV. ... and much more...
PS.: This piece is in support of none of the contenders of Dilli ka Taz, rather these are just murmurings of a believer in India i.e. Bharat, its marvellous democracy and the myriad possibilities it offers to the hopeless, the homeless, the helpless and the hapless!!
