अरे, क्या हो गया अगर जोश में आ कर  हमारे बेटे ने एक-दो गोली चला भी दी तो...
     

अरे, जवान लड़का है, कर गया गलती,  अब क्या सूली पर ही चढ़ा दीजियेगा??

अरे, जनता को हम थोड़े न बोले के चढ़ जाओ, हम तो बस अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का प्रयोग कर रहे थे भाई... अब जनता को हमारा भाषण भा जाये और वो उत्साह में कुछ कर ही बैठी तो उसके लिए हम किस हिसाब से ज़िम्मेदार हो गए भाई... समझायेंगे ज़रा आप हमें...

अरे, ठीक है कि हम थे उस वक्त सत्ता में, पर इसक  ये अर्थ कदापि नहीं है की जो हुआ उसके लिए बस हम ही को जिम्मेवार ठहरा दिया जाये... भीड़ का भी कोई दिमाग रहा है क्या कभी...

     तो कौन सा पहाड़ टूट पड़ा अगर तीन ठो केस में नामज़द हैं हम...  और वैसे भी जब तक  चार-छे-दस केस-वेस  न लदें, तो भैया पॉलिटिशियन ही कैसा... क्या गाँधी और नेहरु जेल नहीं गए थे...??

अरे मर्द हैं हम, कोई चूड़ियाँ नहीं पहन रखी हमने...

दो-चार हत्या, तीन ठो आगजनी, दस-बारह अपहरण और, अगर रिपोर्ट दर्ज हो पाई तो, अभद्रता या बलात्कार के भी चार छे केस आम सी बात है...

जी, वर्तमान लोकसभा और विधान सभाओं में बैठे हमारे प्रतिनिधियों  में  30%  पर  कोई न कोई संजीदा केस दर्ज है...  आधे ऐसे हैं जो या तो अंडर ट्रायल हैं या तो ज़मानत पर हैं... आधों  के तो पासपोर्ट भी जमा करा रखे हैं  न्यायालय ने.  शायद इस भय से की कहीं तड़ीपार ही न हो लें नेता जी...

ये उच्चतम न्यायलय को भी फर्जी कीड़ा काटता रहता है...  ये नहीं की चुप चाप अपना काम करें...  इतनी पेंडेंसी  है  केसेज़  में उसे संभाले... संविधान में साफ़-साफ़ अनुच्छेद 50 में लिखवा दिया था कि फ़िज़ूल में आप फर्जी टांग नहीं अड़ाएंगे, लेकिन नहीं, आप तो उड़-उड़ कर चले आते हैं  विधायिका और कार्यपालिका (Legislative & Executive) के रोज़मर्रा के कामों में दखल देने. अब हम सरकार को चलायें या आपके किये पर पानी डालते रहें? ऊपर से विपक्ष को जवाब देना पड़ता है सो अलग...  भाई अब अगर हम एक समानांतर न्यायालय (parallel judiciary) चलाने लगें तो क्या आपके मन को भायेगा?? बताइए भला??

बढ़िया तो ये रहेगा कि आप अपने काम में दिमाग लगाइए जिसके लिए आप को शपथ दिलाई गयी थी... ये ओवर टाइम करना कम कीजिये ज़रा !

अब एक नया शिगूफ़ा ले आये कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीन (EVM) में  Right to Reject  भी डालो.  ‘इनमे से कोई नहीं’ (None of the above) का भी एक विकल्प हो EVM  में.

एक बात बताइए की जब ‘’हम’ में  से कोई नहीं’  होगा तो सत्ता चलाएगा कौन ? आप??

अब अगर कल को हम एक अध्यादेश ला कर ये बोल दें की जनता को अधिकार है कि भैया वो चाहे तो माने न्यायालय के आदेश को, चाहे तो रहने दे... तब  कैसी टीस उठेगी बताइए ज़रा??  बस ऐसा ही कुछ चुभा हमें भी आपके पिछले कुछ दिनों के निर्णयों से .

अब ऐसा कीजिये, चुप्पे आप अपना काम कीजिये और हमें अपना करने दीजिये...

क्या हमने जस्टिस रामास्वामी  का महाभियोग सिद्ध होने से नहीं रोका... या फिर  जस्टिस सुकुमार सेन को नहीं बचाया...?? बताइए अब...??

अरे भाई, समझिये ना... करना पड़ता है... राज-धर्म है ये वर्तमान का.  सो, आप अपना  (अ)धर्म निभाइए, हम अपना निभाते हैं,  शांतिपूर्ण सह-अस्तित्व की भावना को बनाये रखते हुए इस लोकतंत्र की मर्यादा को और न उछाला जाये तो ही अच्छा है.  वैसे भी बचा ही क्या है इस सिर्फ संविधान के काले अक्षरों में पाए जाने वाले लोकतंत्र में अब??

Counter Intelligence!!

What a commendable kind of cooperation Govt. of India  is extending to the Intelligence Org./snooping agencies of our competitors or the ‘potential adversaries’ (as our learned strategists call it) !!

                Be it the matter of implicating  Intelligence Bureau Officials in various cases ‘by name’ or exposing (& making flagrantly public) the alleged  misuse of funds for various purposes, including tapping Defence Minister’s cell-phone calls (though he prefers ‘sarkari landline/fixed phone for official purposes); or financing a NGO in Kashmir; or plotting a coup to topple the J&K’s democratically elected government; or any other allegation that may pop-up in near future.

                So, they,  be it CIA, Mossad, MI-6, KGB or our favorite, innocent and dead friendly, ISI,  do not need to put in any extra effort to  sneak into the Modus-operandi, source of funds, methods of channelizing of funds or any other peculiarities for that matter.  All these should, or I must call it must, be the prerogative of the Government or the respective Agencies of the Government and no outer intervention should be made/allowed into their operations or  modus-operandi at all. 

                It is the liberty to make decisions and liberty their independence that makes their job interesting for them or  serves as a stimulus for them to take any initiative for that matter.  It’s only the free hand they vie for, nothing else.    The only motivation they have is their ever changing ‘target’ and the challenges they face to cover and chase the same.  

                Yes, it may be true to a certain extent that funds are utilized in an arbitrary or undisclosed manner.  But, that is a part and parcel of this profession.  There may be a few cases here and there wherein funds are misused or are not used as per the sanctioned mode/manner.  This deviation may be taking place as a routine as well,  but it does take place to serve the ends. Uptill the ends are being served efficaciously, DO MEANS REALLY MATTER??  That too, if it is meant to serve the strategic interests of the Nation.         

               

                There may arise an argument that means also have to be ‘fair’, keeping in view the kind of Nation we are and the kind of picture we present at the world stage.  But,  as far as strategic interests of the Nation are being served,  EVERYTHING IS FINE !!
